AWedding,NottheMarriage

"God when?" , "Yay, #couple goals" were her constant comments on Twitter when a couple posted an attractive photo.

She was 20 years, caramel complexioned, 5ft 7, beautiful, focused and determined.

She planned out her life and prepared for the ride. Only she didn't prepare to be a wife, only a bride.

She forgot to read on relationships, she forgot to prepare for marriage.

She wanted the name of "bride" but didn't prepare for the pains of "wife".

" How many kids do you want, so we can countdown ?" The M.C to cut the wedding cake asked.

She said; "2". He said; " 3". Their lack of preparation stared them in the face but this beautiful day was not to be spoiled by this minute detail. The M.C chose number and cut the cake.

She was married.

Today, I Princess, writes this piece with the stress of marriage weighing me down. My lack of preparation laughs at me in the face.

Alas, I prepared for a wedding and not the marriage.🥺
